Privacy Policy

Sip N Smile Beverages ("Sip N Smile", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through sipnsmile.ca, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use our contact, partnership, distributor or newsletter forms we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Technical information. Our web server records standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. To prevent spam, we keep a one-way coded version of your IP address with each form submission.
• Analytics (with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. See Cookies below.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss products, partnerships or private-label projects you've asked about.
• To send you launch news and product updates, only if you have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
• To protect our website and forms from misuse.
• To improve our website, using aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business — such as our website host, email provider and, if you subscribe, our email newsletter platform — and only as needed for them to provide that service. Some providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to submissions.

Cookies

Our site works without cookies. If analytics is enabled, we ask for your permission before setting analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing emails. Contact us at info@sipnsmile.ca. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
